Binding agreement for the acquisition of photovoltaic parks in Cyprus

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces the execution by a subsidiary of HELLENiQ Renewables, of a binding agreement for the acquisition of a PV portfolio (6 photovoltaic parks) with total capacity of 26 MW, in Cyprus. The PV parks’ annual electricity generation is estimated at 43 GWh. The agreement is expected to be completed in 1Q24, following the conclusion of the transfer of shares and upon the 6 parks’ start of commercial operation.

The above-mentioned agreement constitutes the Company's fifth investment in RES internationally, while it significantly strengthens HELLENiQ ENERGY Group’s presence in the Cypriot market, with a total RES capacity of more than 40 MW.

Notification of completion of transaction

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7.12.2023, following a letter sent by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. ("HRADF") and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A. ("POIH"), was informed of their decision to dispose of certain of their shares in the Company on a pro-rata basis, through an international private placement, in accordance with the provisions of the HRADF Law and the HRADF’s updated Asset Development plan. Notification of appointment of Market Makers

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
