Participation in Call for Tender in offshore exploration blocks

In response to the relevant Call for Tenders, published by the Ministry of Environment & Energy (Government Gazette 2104/30.04.2025), for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the four offshore areas south of Peloponnese and south of Crete, HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings (the “Company”) announces that it has partnered with CHEVRON to participate in the said tender.

The offer was submitted today as per tender rules.


This participation complements and consolidates the Company’s exploration & production activities in the area while for CHEVRON this is a new country entry.

Completion of the Acquisition of 50% of the Share Capital of Elpedison B.V.

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company") announces the completion of the acquisition (the “Transaction”) from "Edison International Shareholdings S.p.A.” of 50% of the share capital of Netherlands-based "Elpedison B.V.", owner of 100% of its Greek subsidiary "Elpedison Power Generation Single Member Société Anonyme ("ELPEDISON"). The Transaction has been successfully completed following the granting of the required approvals from the competent regulatory authorities, both in Greece and internationally.

Completion of acquisition of RES portfolio and development platform

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. informs the investment community that its wholly-owned subsidiary, HELLENiQ RENEWABLES, successfully completed on 30 June 2025 the acquisition from ABO ENERGY GmbH & Co. KGaA of the entire share capital of ABO ENERGY HELLAS S.A., as well as six (6) affiliated entities, which hold a portfolio of 22 RES project clusters under development in Greece, with a total capacity of 1.5 GW, in addition to a RES project development and construction platform. The portfolio comprises projects across all RES technologies, including battery storage (BESS) projects.
