HELLENiQ ENERGY is solidifying its standing as one of the most attractive employers in Greece by forging meaningful connections with the academic community, highly skilled professionals, and emerging talent both locally and internationally.

Through a strong and consistent presence at key events—including Rebrain Greece in London (March 29), Panorama of Entrepreneurship & Career Development in Athens (March 28–30), and Career Days hosted by leading universities—HELLENiQ ENERGY is showcasing its multi-dimensional transformation, the career prospects it offers, and its strategic vision for the future of energy.

The company’s participation in Rebrain Greece, a flagship initiative by the Greek Ministry of Labor aimed at reconnecting the Greek diaspora with the domestic job market, was met with particularly positive feedback. Representatives from HELLENiQ ENERGY engaged with highly qualified Greek professionals based in the UK and Europe, presenting the Company’s strategic direction in energy, sustainability, and innovation—as well as the wide range of career opportunities available.

“We are consistently investing in the development of our people and attracting Greek professionals abroad who are eager to return and grow within a dynamic, forward-looking organization,” said Alexandros Tzadimas Group Human Resources & Administrative Services General Manager. “HELLENiQ ENERGY offers an environment that nurtures development, new ideas, and continuous progress. Over the past three years, nearly 40% of our workforce has been renewed. We are implementing targeted recruitment programs aimed at integrating Greeks from abroad into key positions across the Group.”

HELLENiQ ENERGY’s presence at the 15th Panorama of Entrepreneurship & Career Development (March 28–30)—one of the largest business-to-youth networking events in the country—was equally impactful. Through an interactive digital tour, participants explored the Group’s work environment and corporate culture, while HR representatives highlighted the available career paths and development opportunities within the company.

At the same time, the Company continues to strengthen its ties with the academic community, participating in a series of Career Days, including those of the Athens University of Economics and Business (April 2), Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (April 3)—where HELLENiQ ENERGY was a main sponsor—and an upcoming event at the University of Piraeus (April 11). Similar activities are planned throughout the year with other top universities in Greece and abroad.

HELLENiQ ENERGY’s goal is to introduce students and young professionals to the latest challenges and opportunities in the energy sector, attracting talent with a strong technological background, a vision for sustainable development, and the drive to thrive in a modern, fast-evolving Group.
