HELLENiQ ENERGY is consistently strengthening its position as one of Greece’s most attractive employers by building meaningful connections with academic institutions and talented young professionals - both in Greece and abroad.

This position was reaffirmed by HELLENiQ ENERGY’s inclusion in Randstad’s 2025 Employer Brand survey, ranking  among the top ten most attractive employers in Greece across all industries. The Group’s on-going recognition underscores its commitment to cultivating a workplace that encourages innovation, supports continuous development and, meritocracy, and fosters a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth.

Reinforcing its talent attraction HELLENiQ ENERGY recently implemented a series of initiatives in collaboration with leading academic institutions. Students from the Department of Communication, Media and Culture at Panteion University visited the company’s industrial Installations in Aspropyrgos, while additional visits took place in Thessaloniki, with participants from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (via INEFAN), Lehigh University (USA), and the Department of Mineral Resources Engineering at the University of West Macedonia. The latter was of particular relevance, as the department’s focus areas -natural resource management, raw materials technologies, and the sustainable development of energy infrastructure -closely align closely with key aspects of the Group’s activities.  These visits gave students the opportunity to observe first -hand how academic theory is applied in a technologically advanced industrial environment.

HELLENiQ ENERGY also attracted significant interest through its participation in Career Days hosted by the Athens University of Economics and Business (International MBA), the National Technical University of Athens, and the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras. These events provided students and recent graduates with opportunities to engage directly with company executives, participate in exploratory interviews, and learn more about the dynamic career paths offered by the energy sector.

Of special note was the Group’s participation in DYPA’s 2nd International Career Day in Stuttgart, which further strengthened its ties with the Greek diaspora and reached out to Greek professionals abroad who are interested in returning to Greece and pursuing careers within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

HELLENiQ ENERGY’s engagement with academia will continue strategically throughout the year—through participation in university events and Career Days, as well as through ongoing student visits to its facilities in Athens and Thessaloniki.
