Establishment of a new subsidiary company

HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. announces that the Board of Directors, according to its resolution on September 14, 2006 approved the establishment of a subsidiary company under the name «ΗΕLLENIC PETROLEUM RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES SA ” and registered address the Municipality of Maroussi.
 
The company’s objectives will be the production and trading of renewable energy sources, as well as the participation in other companies which are involved in production, import and trading of renewable energy sources.
 
A 3-member Board of Directors will govern the above mentioned company:
Panos Cavoulacos, Chairman
Apostolos Rizakos, Managing Director
Spyridon Kiartzis, Member

Notification of completion of transaction

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”), following the announcement dated 7.12.2023, announces that, pursuant to a joint notification received on 8.12.2023 by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A., was informed of the pricing of the international private placement, through an accelerated book-building offering in the context of their decision to dispose of part of their shares in the Company. Notification by HRADF and POIH for the decision to dispose of certain of their shares in HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7.12.2023, following a letter sent by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. ("HRADF") and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A. ("POIH"), was informed of their decision to dispose of certain of their shares in the Company on a pro-rata basis, through an international private placement, in accordance with the provisions of the HRADF Law and the HRADF’s updated Asset Development plan. Notification of appointment of Market Makers

(the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
