Submission of binding financial offers for the acquisition of the DEPA Group

HELLENIC PETROLEUM SA announces that the company SOCAR has today submitted a binding offer for the acquisition of a 66% stake in DESFA (the Hellenic Gas Network Operator). The process of evaluating this bid has already started.
 
No bids have been submitted for DEPA (the Hellenic Public Gas Corporation). HELLENIC PETROLEUM SA, in collaboration with the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED), will directly initiate the process of exploiting its share in DEPA, evaluating all possible solutions.

Notification of completion of transaction

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7.12.2023, following a letter sent by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. ("HRADF") and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A. ("POIH"), was informed of their decision to dispose of certain of their shares in the Company on a pro-rata basis, through an international private placement, in accordance with the provisions of the HRADF Law and the HRADF’s updated Asset Development plan. (the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
