HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”), following the announcement dated 7.12.2023, announces that, pursuant to a joint notification received on 8.12.2023 by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A., was informed of the pricing of the international private placement, through an accelerated book-building offering in the context of their decision to dispose of part of their shares in the Company. The notification included the following announcement:

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7.12.2023, following a letter sent by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. ("HRADF") and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A. ("POIH"), was informed of their decision to dispose of certain of their shares in the Company on a pro-rata basis, through an international private placement, in accordance with the provisions of the HRADF Law and the HRADF’s updated Asset Development plan. The letter included the following announcement:

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
