Notification of important changes concerning voting rights under article 14 of L. 3556/2007

“HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.” (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007, that, following a relevant notification received from the Hellenic Republic on 13.12.2023, Hellenic Republic*, indirectly, through its participation in the “Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A.” (“HCAP”) and through HCAP’s participation in the “Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A.” (“HRADF”), as of 8.12.2023 holds 95,301,987 voting rights deriving from an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares, which correspond to 31.18% of the total voting rights of the Company, against 35.48% which it held prior to 8.12.2023. The voting rights are depicted as follows:
