Notification of appointment of Market Makers

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.

Participation in Call for Tender in offshore exploration blocks

Completion of the Acquisition of 50% of the Share Capital of Elpedison B.V.

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company") announces the completion of the acquisition (the “Transaction”) from "Edison International Shareholdings S.p.A.” of 50% of the share capital of Netherlands-based "Elpedison B.V.", owner of 100% of its Greek subsidiary "Elpedison Power Generation Single Member Société Anonyme ("ELPEDISON"). The Transaction has been successfully completed following the granting of the required approvals from the competent regulatory authorities, both in Greece and internationally.
