New payment date for dividend distribution from prior years’ earnings

Following the announcement of "HELLENIC PETROLEUM Holdings SA" dated February 24, 2022 (hereinafter the "Company") regarding the dividend distribution from prior years’ earnings, the Company announces the change of the date, on which the commencement of the dividend payment will take effect, from Monday, May 2, 2022 to Tuesday, May 3, 2022, following the decision of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to transfer the May Day holiday for Monday, May 2, 2022.
