ELPEDISON BV acquisition of minority share completion

HELLENIC PETROLEUM announces that, following the announcement of 20 June 2019 regarding the acquisition of 24,22% of ELPEDISON SA by the ELLAKTOR and ELVAL-HALCOR groups, the transaction has been successfully completed. As a result, ELPEDISON BV, where HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group holds 50%, now owns the entire share capital of ELPEDISON SA.
