1 minute"Hellenic Petroleum S.A." announces the Members of the new Board of Directors of the Company as follows:
a) The following seven (7) BoD Members were appointed by the Greek State: Mr. Efstathios Tsotsoros, Mr. Grigorios Stergioulis, Mr. Andreas Shiamishis, Mr. Georgios Grigoriou, Mr. Stratis Zafiris, Mr. Sotiris Kontonasios and Mr. Georgios Maloglou.
b) The following two (2) BoD Members were appointed by the shareholder: “Paneuropean Oil and Industrial Holdings S.A.”: Mr. Theodoros-Achilleas Vardas and Mr. George Alexopoulos.
c) The following two (2) BoD Members were elected and remain as Employees’ Representatives: Mr. Panagiotis Ofthalmidis and Mr. Constantinos Papagiannopoulos.
d) The following two (2) BoD Members were elected and remain as Minority Shareholders’ Representatives: Mr. Theodoros Pantalakis and Mr. Spiridon Pantelias.
Following the above, at the meeting of the Board of Directors no.1237 that took place on 07.05.2015, the BoD elected officers, as follows:
