Appointment of Deputy CEOs

With the objective of continuously improving the corporate governance in the companies of the HELLENiQ ENERGY Group, the Board of Directors of HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) decided to appoint Mr. Giorgos Alexopoulos as Deputy CEO in the Company and Mr. Iordanis Aivazis as the Senior Independent Member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. G. Alexopoulos has been an executive member of the Board of Directors for a number of years and is the General Manager of the Group´s Strategic Planning and New Activities. As part of his duties, he is responsible for the Group´s development in the RES and electricity business.

Mr. I. Aivazis is the most senior independent non-executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors and heads the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Succession Planning Committee of the Board of Directors.

As regards the two important subsidiaries of the Company:

• the Board of Directors of “HELLENIC PETROLEUM R.S.S.O.P.P. S.A.” appointed Mr. Constantinos Panas as Deputy CEO.
• in EKO S.A. the position of Deputy CEO already exists and is held by Mr. Spyros Gikas.

Mr. C. Panas is the General Manager of Oil Supply and Sales and has been a member of the Board of Directors of “HELLENIC PETROLEUM R.S.S.O.P.P. S.A.” since its incorporation. Mr. Sp. Gikas is the General Manager of Marketing at EKO S.A. and has been a member of its Board of Directors for many years.

Messrs. G. Alexopoulos, C. Panas and Sp. Gikas are members of the top management team and participate in the Group's Executive Committee.
