Announcement – Use of DESFA sale proceeds

HELLENIC PETROLEUM SA (the "Company") announces that following the successful completion of the sale of the entire of its 35% participation in the share capital of DESFA and the receipt of the proceeds of €284 million, the BoD of the Company decided that most of funds, net of applicable taxes, will be directed towards reducing net debt, while an amount of €76.4 million, corresponding to €0.25 / share will be paid as a special distribution to shareholders.

Further details and timing of the distribution, will be defined and announced in 1H19.

Notification of completion of transaction

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7.12.2023, following a letter sent by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. ("HRADF") and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A. ("POIH"), was informed of their decision to dispose of certain of their shares in the Company on a pro-rata basis, through an international private placement, in accordance with the provisions of the HRADF Law and the HRADF’s updated Asset Development plan. (the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
