Announcement for replacement of BοD members

“HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A.”  ( “the Company”) announces that the Hellenic Republic, through its letter dated 17th May 2021 signed by the Ministers of Finance and of Environment and Energy, notified, in accordance with Article 20 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the appointment of Ms. Anastasia Makarigaki and Ms. Anastasia Martsekis as members of the Company’s  Board of Director in replacement of Mr. Michael Kefalogiannis and Mr. Loukas Papazoglou that were appointed by the Hellenic Republic by virtue of its letter dated 1.8.2019.

The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on Friday 21st May 2021 where the new Board will be constituted as a body.
