Announcement of Regulated Information, pursuant to article 27, of Law 3556/2007

HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. announces, pursuant to article 27, par. 3 of Law 3556/2007 and in accordance with relevant information received by the insiders’ transactions, the shareholders who hold significant participation in the company, pursuant to articles 9, 10 and 11 of the above Law, remain as they were announced in previous notification of the company and are the following:
 
1. The PANEUROPEAN OIL AND INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS S.A. holds 109,698,188 common shares, with equal voting rights, i.e. 35.89% of the share capital of the company.
 
2. The GREEK STATE holds 83,931,553 common shares, with equal voting rights, i.e. 27.46% of the share capital of the company.
 
3. The HELLENIC PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A., holds 24,498,751 common shares, with equal voting rights, i.e. 8.02% of the share capital of the company.

Notification of important changes concerning voting rights under article 14 of L. 3556/2007

“HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.” (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007, that, following a relevant notification received from the Hellenic Republic on 13.12.2023, Hellenic Republic*, indirectly, through its participation in the “Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A.” (“HCAP”) and through HCAP’s participation in the “Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A.” (“HRADF”), as of 8.12.2023 holds 95,301,987 voting rights deriving from an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares, which correspond to 31.18% of the total voting rights of the Company, against 35.48% which it held prior to 8.12.2023. The voting rights are depicted as follows:

“HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.” (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007, that, following a relevant notification received from POIH Investments Limited on 13.12.2023, POIH Investments Limited, indirectly through “Paneuropean Oil and Industrial Holdings S.A.” (“POIH”)*, as of 8.12.2023, holds 123,510,479 voting rights deriving from an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares, which correspond to 40.41% of the total voting rights of the Company, against 47.12% which it held prior to 8.12.2023. The voting rights are depicted below:
