Announcement - Appointment of third member of the Audit Committee

Hellenic Petroleum S.A. (the “Company”)  announces that, follow the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company of 24.6.2020,  its Board of Directors appointed by virtue of its resolution no 1368/23.7.2020 Mr. Iordanis Aivazis, non-executive member of the Board, as (third) member of the Audit Committee. 
 
The Audit Committee in its meeting on the same date, constituted as a body comprised by the following members: 
  • Spyridon Pantelias, Chairman
  • Theodoros Pantalakis, Member
  • Iordanis Aivazis, Member
Its term of office is until 17/4/2023.

Notification of completion of transaction

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”), following the announcement dated 7.12.2023, announces that, pursuant to a joint notification received on 8.12.2023 by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A., was informed of the pricing of the international private placement, through an accelerated book-building offering in the context of their decision to dispose of part of their shares in the Company. HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7.12.2023, following a letter sent by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. ("HRADF") and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A. ("POIH"), was informed of their decision to dispose of certain of their shares in the Company on a pro-rata basis, through an international private placement, in accordance with the provisions of the HRADF Law and the HRADF’s updated Asset Development plan. Notification of appointment of Market Makers

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
