Amendment of “HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A.” corporate and trade name in Athens Stock Exchange

“HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A.”, (hereinafter the Company), informs the investors community that its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 10.12.2021, among other items of the Agenda, has approved the amendment of Company’s corporate name to "HELLENIC PETROLEUM HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME”, with trade name "HELLENIC PETROLEUM HOLDINGS SA".

The Ministry of Development & Investment with its decision no. 142903/03.01.2022 approved the amendment of the relevant article of the Company’s Articles of Association. Athens Stock Exchange Corporate Actions Committee was notified on 13.01.2022 of the aforementioned decision and respective amendment.

Following the above and the Committee’s decision, the Company’s corporate name in the Athens Stock Exchange will change effective 19.01.2022 to "HELLENIC PETROLEUM HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME” and its trade name to "HELLENIC PETROLEUM HOLDINGS SA".

Notification of completion of transaction

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7.12.2023, following a letter sent by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. ("HRADF") and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A. ("POIH"), was informed of their decision to dispose of certain of their shares in the Company on a pro-rata basis, through an international private placement, in accordance with the provisions of the HRADF Law and the HRADF’s updated Asset Development plan. (the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
