Complementary Announcement of Regulated Information pursuant to Law 3556/2007

“HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.” (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007, that, following a relevant notification received from the Hellenic Republic on 13.12.2023, Hellenic Republic*, indirectly, through its participation in the “Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A.” (“HCAP”) and through HCAP’s participation in the “Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A.” (“HRADF”), as of 8.12.2023 holds 95,301,987 voting rights deriving from an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares, which correspond to 31.18% of the total voting rights of the Company, against 35.48% which it held prior to 8.12.2023. “HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.” (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007, that, following a relevant notification received from POIH Investments Limited on 13.12.2023, POIH Investments Limited, indirectly through “Paneuropean Oil and Industrial Holdings S.A.” (“POIH”)*, as of 8.12.2023, holds 123,510,479 voting rights deriving from an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares, which correspond to 40.41% of the total voting rights of the Company, against 47.12% which it held prior to 8.12.2023.
