Competition Commission Ruling

HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. has been apprised of the ruling issued today by the Hellenic Competition Commission concerning the investigation into the fixing of prices for aircraft fuel by oil refining companies in January 2003.
 
HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. states categorically that it has never been involved in any coordinated attempt with others to fix fuel prices.
 
HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. believes that the Commission did not take into consideration crucial evidence and issues raised by the company and therefore does not agree in any way with the ruling. The company will defend its interests by appealing against the ruling before the competent courts by all legal means.

Notification of completion of transaction

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7.12.2023, following a letter sent by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. ("HRADF") and Paneuropean Oil & lndustrial Holdings S.A. ("POIH"), was informed of their decision to dispose of certain of their shares in the Company on a pro-rata basis, through an international private placement, in accordance with the provisions of the HRADF Law and the HRADF’s updated Asset Development plan. Notification of appointment of Market Makers

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
