Announcement for the merger of PETROLA S.A.

«Hellenic Petroleum S.A.», announces that its Board of Directors, at the meeting of 27/8/2009, decided the merger by absorption of 100% subsidiary company «Petrola S.A.». The merger will be effected according to the provisions of article 78 of Law 2190/1920 as amended is still in force, and the provisions of the articles 1-5 of Law 2166/1993. The transformation Balance Sheet date, has been decided to be the 30th of September 2009.

(the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
