Announcement Desfa Sale

HELLENIC PETROLEUM announces that the Share Purchase Agreement for the sale of 66% of DESFA share capital (35% HELENIC PETROLEUM – 31% HELLENIC REPUBLIC ASSET DEVELOPMENT FUND) to SOCAR, for €400m, has been signed today, 21 December 2013. HELLENIC PETROLEUM share of the consideration for its 35% interest in DESFA amounts to €212m.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals from competent Authorities in Greece and the EU.

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 7.12.2023, following a letter sent by its shareholders, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
