Announcement for the Aspropyrgos Industrial Installations

Today, 8^th of May 2015 at 8:20 am, there was incident of ignition in a unit at the Aspropyrgos refinery, during scheduled maintenance by an experienced Greek contractor company. Six injured workers were carried to hospitals in the region. The incident was met directly from the refinery’s firefighting unit and all the relevant safety measures were taken, as provided by the pertinent procedures.

(the "Issuer") announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (“ΑΤΗΕΧ”), with its decisions of 30/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, approved the appointment of the ATHEX Members "Eurobank Equities S.A." and "Alpha Finance S.A." as Market Makers on the Issuer's shares, with Wednesday, 1 November 2023 and Tuesday, 7 November 2023, respectively, set as the start dates of the Market Making obligations.
