In relation to the distribution of the final dividend for the fiscal year 2024 of HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the "Company"), which amounts to €0.55 per share, as decided by the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders on 19 June 2025, we remind you that today, Wednesday, 2 July 2025, the Company's shares are traded without the right to receive the aforementioned dividend.

Announcement of dividend payment for financial year 2024 HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) hereby announces, in accordance with the AΤΗΕΧ Rulebook, that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company that took place on 19.06.2025, decided the distribution of a total dividend of €0.75 per share for the financial year 2024. Considering that an interim dividend amounting to €0.20 per share has already been distributed, the final dividend amounts to €0.55 per share.
